Ordering Questions
How long does my order take to ship? We ship most orders in 1-2 business days. Games that require personalization or customization can take 3-5 business days. If you have a rush request or a required in-hands date, please contact us about that.
Do you offer expedited processing? We can accommodate most rush requests, but please contact us prior to ordering so that we can facilitate.
Are delivery times guaranteed? Unfortunately once the package leaves our building it is completely out of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery times. We do our best to ship quickly so that we can avoid foreseeable delays.
Shipping Questions
Is shipping free? Well... nothing in life is free, but we do not charge a shipping fee on any orders over $35.
Where are your cornhole games shipped from? We ship from Cincinnati, OH. Delivery times are 1-4 business days based on how far you are from us.
What shipping carrier do you use? Most of our games are shipped via FedEx Ground, but we occasionally use UPS or USPS for smaller shipments.
Do you offer Overnight Shipping? Yes, we do offer over night shipping, but is an additional charge and can be extremely expensive due to the size and weight of our games.
Do you ship cornhole boards internationally? We ship to the US and Canada. You will need to contact us directly about shipping costs (added fee) to Canada.
Construction Questions
How are your boards are constructed? We use 1x4 pine for the frames of our boards, with 1/2" birch plywood for the game surface. The boards have two additional cross bars underneath for additional stability. The legs fold under the boards for flat storage and shipping.
Are your boards regulation size? Yes, our cornhole boards are regulation size. They are 2ft wide x 4ft long with a 6" hole.
How heavy are your cornhole games? Each cornhole board weighs 20lbs and each cornhole bag weighs 1lb. That makes the entire cornhole game around 48lbs for shipping.
Custom Cornhole Boards Questions
How are the cornhole boards customized? Our custom cornhole board designs are printed directly to the wood with a large format printer. The game surface is then coated with polyurethane prior to shipping.

Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns/exchanges? We do not allow returns or exchanges on custom or personalized cornhole games.
How does shipping work on returns/exchanges? You will be responsible for arranging the shipping on any return or change, as well paying for it. We are not responsible for shipping costs on returned or exchanged orders.
Damaged Packages
My cornhole game was delivered damage, what can be done? In the rare event that your cornhole game is damaged, we will help facilitate a claim with FedEx and will do whatever it takes to make the situation right.
