General Questions

• Are your cornhole boards regulation size?
  Yes, all of our cornhole boards are regulation-sized. They measure 2 feet wide by 4 feet long, with a 6-inch diameter hole.
  
• How are your boards constructed?
   Our boards are built with premium-quality materials: the frames are made from durable 1x4s, the legs from 2x3s, and the playing surface features ½” Birch plywood. We also reinforce the boards with two cross beams for added strength, making them capable of supporting the weight of two grown adults.
  
• Are the legs retractable?
  Yes, the legs are hinged with carriage bolts and fold under the board for easy, flat storage and transportation.
  
• Can the boards be left outside when not in use?
  We recommend storing your boards indoors when not in use. Exposure to moisture or rain can significantly reduce the lifespan of your boards. While we use high-quality cabinet-grade plywood, rapid temperature changes and moisture exposure can damage the boards over time.

• How are your cornhole games shipped?
  All cornhole games are shipped via FedEx Ground unless another shipping method is requested.
  
• What does shipping cost?
  Shipping costs vary based on your location. You’ll see the shipping charges at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
• Is expedited shipping available?
  Yes! We offer a range of shipping options at checkout. If you need your order sooner than the standard delivery time, please contact us at 1-866-833-9942, and we'll do our best to assist.

Custom Cornhole Game Questions

• How long will it take to receive my custom cornhole set?
  After we receive artwork approval and payment, production typically takes 5-10 business days. Shipping will then take an additional 1-4 business days depending on your location.
• How do I pay for a custom set?
  Once your custom artwork is approved, we’ll ask for your billing and shipping details. We will then send you a secure payment link to complete the purchase.
  
• Can I customize the cornhole bags?
  Yes! Custom bags are available for an additional $54.99. If you'd like all-weather bags, there’s an extra $10 charge.
  
• What file format and size do you need for custom artwork?
  We prefer editable vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for logos, as they can be resized without loss of quality. For photographs, we recommend a high-resolution image (300 dpi) for the best print quality.
